"First of all, checkinn was 2 pm. But we had to wait till 3pm because the room was not ready. No sorry nothing. The reception lady and the manager on duty didn't even greet properly. None of the days we were there. Imagine it's a small hotel and you have to past them every day. They just look at you. The sink had a blockage, so the water didn't flow and there was a smell in the bathroom. No separation between toilet and bath so the whole bathroom was full with water. "Amazing property. Staff were friendly and accommodating to all our needs. Service desk was helpful with organising activities around the hotel and outside the hotel. Restaurants were fantastic and the wait staff were phenomenal. Would highly recommend if your budget allows it."
