"The room was SO dirty! There were cobwebs in all 4 corners. The AC unit was covered in dust. Panels on the bottom of the walls were broken and also covered in dust. The bed cover was inside out making me think if it was at all clean. "

"Room we booked was unavailable. Made the hotel decision based upon King rooms. Receied a double queen instead. No apologies or amendments. Tub was chipping horribly. Musty smell. Wallpaper chipping and peeling. Plastic alarms and devices looked old and tired. Shower took forever to heat. No sound proofing. And very loud service maintenance and drilling happening early in the morning without notice from staff upon checkin."

"Very convenient to the theater that was the best part. The hotel needs a make over like yesterday. Most things were out dated in the rooms. Toilet so low to the floor felt like a toddler. The track for the shower door was stuck I had to get a way in and out. Too many people loitering in the lobby just chilling like its the hang out spot. Didn't like that. Not enough parking or designated handicapped or street parking"

"Very disappointing stay. The hotel is in poor condition-damaged walls, worn-out furniture, and visible dust throughout the whole hotel(breakfast area). Many things were not working properly, and overall cleanliness was far below expectations. Front desk person was "high". Please remove this hotel from hotels.com"

"Thoroughly enjoyed our night at the Mansion on Delaware. Room was very clean, staff were amazing and the freshly made breakfast was a huge bonus. Enjoyed a drink at the bar chatting with other visitors and the staff and came back after the game to a pint in front of the fireplace. Highly recommended! Thanks"
