"I live in the Buffalo area and have stayed overnight at this hotel twice when taking a 6 AM flight. The hotel is very convenient, clean, staff are friendly and I appreciate the 24/7 shuttle to the airport."

"The check-in process was extremely easy. The person at the front desk was very friendly and just let me know that there would be somebody there 24 hours. There was a problem getting into my room when we came back and she explained what happened the keys got too close to a phone so it just wiped them. When we had breakfast, there were two people there cleaning and making sure it was full plus then both of the managers were there to assist when needed."

"This was a great 3 day stay. Our room was clean, common areas were clean and we were welcome to use them. The highway was easily accessible. Breakfast was good. The shower had great pressure. But to top it all off...the staff. They all treated us like they were our best friends. So welcoming and accommodating.
