"My family was only going to be staying one night in Liverpool but we didn’t want to stay in a hotel as it wouldn’t accommodate our party (5) with just one room. This apartment was the perfect compromise. Right by LiverpoolOne shopping center and restaurants. Parking was close by (very short walk) and we were within walking distance of just about everything downtown. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Very central location. It IS right in the centre of Liverpool’s party zone which was fine for us! Beds were comfy, plenty of towels etc. it would be good to have some temperature control in the apartment and It would be useful to list the apartment numbers on each corridor door so you know which one to go through! "

"Excellent location. Apartment was spacious and had everything we needed, kettle, toaster, fridge & freezer, washing machine, iron, hair dryer. On a busy street so be prepared for the outside noise coming into apt but we were out a lot so didn’t bother us; earplugs were provided which was a nice touch! Takeaway on corner opposite did the nicest pizza & bar below apartments did a lovely fry! "

"Really great property with lots of nice touches, plentiful number of USB power ports in all areas. Good number of tea, coffee etc and a pint of fresh milk in the fridge, a bowl of fresh fruit. Lots of dishwasher tablets and pretty much everything you would need. Very clean and well presented. A 10 min walk to beach & pier. Lots of options for shops, restaurants & drinks within a few minutes walk."

"definitely one of the better apartment options amongst a sea of indifference and beaucoup chateau du merde. quite well equipped and furnished. decent bedding and towels. good wifi. Quiet but close to L1 "

"Check-in instructions were difficult, had to request information several times. Once inside, the sofabed was broken. There were two of us, and I planned to sleep on the sofabed. I ended up booking a different hotel room nearby. Hotels.com argued with us and finally gave us a small compensation for our inconvenience but not enough to cover another room. Not a good experience. Terrible PR by the company."

"Beautiful apartment in a good location "

"Cancelled on me at very short notice. Offered alternative accomodation, I booked a double and was offered a single bed. Not ideal for 2 people so had to decline and partner had to drive the 3hrs home when we had already travelled 3hrs to Liverpool. "

"Really good property for groups! Spotless and couldn’t do anything more to help us Just an FYI as mentioned on other reviews, you may need ear plugs as there is quite a busy street down below. It suited us fine as we were in Liverpool for a night out anyway! Perfect location, 5 min walk from train station and 5 to the centre of pubs/bars/clubs "

"This is a large party space for things like hen dos. Its not a place for anyone to stay in if they're not their to party. There were crumbs on the stained sofa, freezing air pumped out non-stop, no hot water and the tv played at 100% volume or mute. It saud there was 24/7 check in fedk when you actually had to walk another fifteen minutes with your bags to get the keys. The rate quoted was also deceptive since double that amount was taken in fees and taxes. I missed that so thats on me but the...
