"The hotel is amazing!! Nearly to city centre that you can go by walk..the man of reception is very friendly and help us a lot with some indication principal about to rent a scooter like make our stayed so easy. The breakfast was delicious and the staff lady so polite and kind. The housekeeping was polite,gentleman ,kind and left our room so clean and organised. I really indication this hotel because everything was amazing, good price and definitely we will be back one day."

"We loved this hotel. The views were incredible and the service was excellent. They had a lovely pool and private beach. Everyone was very accommodating of my gluten and dairy allergies and we ate at the hotel restaurant for many of our meals. The shuttle service takes you to the private beach and downtown Amalfi, right near the ferry dock. "

"The staff were so friendly and helpful, including holding our bags and supporting our desire to lounge by the pool after check-out before our afternoon train. We felt so welcomed, and the value for the cost of the room was outstanding! The room was large, luxurious, and very comfortable. The full breakfast was sumptuous, and the pool and foodservice by the pool were fantastic. We enjoyed a sunset at the cocktail bar on the rooftop. And we loved the area - a quiet and very pleasant escape from the chaos of crowded Sorrento. The beach at the end of the street and the local restaurants completed our wonderful weekend experience. "Our stay at Parco dei Principi was absolutely incredible. The customer service was truly exceptional—every morning we were greeted by name, which made the experience feel so personal and warm. On our first night, we arrived late due to a traffic incident, and the staff went above and beyond by offering food and drinks from the bar even after the kitchen had closed. They also arranged all our taxi needs and, impressively, noticed us arriving via the security cameras and immediately came out with a cart to help with our luggage. Every detail of our stay exceeded our expectations. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sorrento."
