"Really nice stay, couple of disappointing things was the food for dinner and lunch at the main buffet restaurant. As vegetarians the options were not great and repetitive. The staff at check in were not extremely helpful to tell you about the hotel and its amenities. Not explaining kids clubs or activities during the day or eve or even navigating us to where things where. Overall a very nice hotel, staff friendly and helpful when and very clean. "

"BE AWARE… THIS HOTEL IS THE BIGGEST SCAM. Poor service.. They will refuse to serve you any shots of alcohol, or any drink of your choice. They will only serve you with there set menu of mixed drinks. They have one buffet restaurant that only serves food on set hours. This hotel is a FAKE all inclusive hotel. I booked 3 nights, and I checked-out literally after 45 minutes. I spoke to the front desk manager and he said that they will refund me my 3 nights money, or worse case they will charge me...

"The place has a very homely feel, even though it may look like a hotel. The staff are all really friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and as can be seen 2 steps away from a cooling pool, which is cleaned regularly. The location is peaceful and quite, and only a short walk to the main town and the Pamukkale hill side south entrance. "

Açık büfede birbirinin içine giren mi dersin, maçtan çıkıp maç şortuyla havuza giren mi dersin, gece 12ye kadar ıslıkla ortamı düğün yerine çeviren mi, ne ararsan vardı. Resepsiyonu aramamıza rağmen bütün şikayetlerimiz umursamaz bir şekilde geçiştirildi. Ayrıca odalarda...

"We found a lot to do, location was off the beaten path. Enthusiastic wait staff and activities director. Plenty of food that satisfied our palates. Helpful when needed."
