"This is a very beautiful hotel. Very high class definitely a 5* Clean and well maintained. Staff are not very good at communicating with each other. I enquired about a breakfast, didn’t end up having it then they tried to charge me for it. Saying I signed for it, I didn’t took them 48 hrs to look into this and they said they would call me to let me know They didn’t I had to keep going back to reception to ask. Then there’s the €100 a night deposit they ask for either in cash ( their own...

"The surprise upgrade to my room when I checked it was nice. The room and staff were nice overall, and the food I ordered for room service was amazing. The view of the ocean/sea from my room was beautiful. I really enjoyed the selections available for breakfast; that’s the best breakfast buffet I have ever seen at a hotel in Izmir. The only issue I had was with the water color in the shower/tub. It was a bit yellowish until you let it run a little while."
