"Property is clean and i've stayed here several times in the past. During my recent stay, i had to have stay to accomodate the expected passing of a family member. So, there was a newd for me to extend my stay beyond my initial reservation. After extending my stay at the front desk, i realized that the room rate for the extension signifiantly exceeded the previous day rate as well as current day rate on hotels.com. When i requested an adjustment to the rate or cancellation of my reservation, i was told no and that it was "my fault" that i booked at the higher rate. At the least, i could have been advised that the room rate was signifiantly different then my previous night stay along with other preferential rate offerings. At the very least, very poor customer service that will result in me switching to a different property after today along with no intention to visit Denizen properties in the future. "

"This house was perfect for our stay as our family gathered for an event in the area. Beds were comfortable and the place was very clean. Easy access and plenty of parking. The hosts were responsive and communicated well. I would recommend to anyone without hesitation."

"The house was a duplex, which was not mentioned. The back yard did not have a pool but did have a pile of boards, some with nails. The sheets on the queen bed were wet as if they had not finished drying. I had to dry them. All of the bath mats were in the drier and I had to put them out. None of the smoke detectors seemed in working order, I'm fact one of them was just missing and wires were hanging down from the ceiling. There was some light damage to walls and some cob webs on fixtures. The host was nice and very responsive to communication."
