"The service was terrible I never got my rags and towels. There was food left in the fridge. I seen a roach. I’m hustling not happy about this place, I had talked to two separate people about my rags and towels both said I’d receive them. I had to use the pillow cases to dry off. Luckily I brought a rag."

"This place was ny last resort, I was intown for a Funeral however it was the same weekend as a Tournament. This hotel was not prepared...walls were dirty rooms smelled like that make Newports in house. They didn't clean the room and they told me they ran out of towels. Smh..Definitely needs a 100% remodel."

"Appears to be a place where those addicted to meth stay. They say no smoking but I smelled smoking everyday. No one ever cleaned the room, broken furniture, no sitting area, view of a fake beach scene on a screen when lifted, view of the parking lot and expressway. Staff unhelpful, paid for an extra day so I could check out late the day I was actually leaving. Lady at the counter told me I could not check out until the next day. I left the room key, walked out and drove to the airport. I will never stay here again."

"The hotel is located in the downtown area by the Play Museum. The parking lot can get full toward the evening, we luckily found a spot but something to be mindful of. Check-in was a breeze, our room was clean and nice. The bed and pillows are terrible - mattress is hard as a rock and the pillows are pretty useless. The bathroom was nice, we had a walk-in shower. We had also upgraded to the room with a wet bar, only because it didn't seem that every room had a fridge and/or microwave. It was a great sized room, several places we could put our luggage out, and the desk was a nice to have. All in all it was nice and in a good location, we just didn't sleep well because of the bed."
