"1 Star — An Unacceptable Experience and a Complete Failure of Hospitality I’ve stayed at many hotels over the years, but rarely have I encountered such an astonishing lack of professionalism, courtesy, and basic customer service. Despite having a reservation through Expedia that we were required to pay for, we were never even allowed to check in. We spent approximately 45 minutes patiently trying to find a reasonable solution. Rather than demonstrating any willingness to resolve the...

"Clean Room"

"everything was in order , no concerns"

"The hotel needs a face lift! Housekeeping was very marginal as well as staffing at the pool. The one real benefit is the kid’s pool area. Other than that motivation, I would consider other properties."

"first time was nice"

"Great location, great amenities, courteous employees."

"Linda was great, checked on us prior to check in, making sure we were accommodated if being late for check in, felt very personalized. The retro decor made us feel like we were on the set of "Mad Men", its meticulously maintained, its movie star quality."

"My grandson, his wife and I had a very comfortable 16 hours on our trip stop for the noght. The staff were great. It was easy to come and leave . The parking was very accessible"

At check in I verified our room request and it was met. Room was two queen...

"Hampton goodness as usual! This location did have microwave in the room and a tub which we appreciated. Breakfast hours until 10:00 a.m. also appreciated! Used the guest laundry this time."

"Lovely, charming property with plenty of character. Staff was super kind and helpful from the manager, assistant manager, down to the housekeeping staff. Pool and hot tub were enjoyable. A great, relaxed stay in the desert."

"It was clean and cheap. It also had the best Hilton Virtual key experience I’ve ever had. It actually worked quite well. I needed ear plugs as the refrigerator rattled endlessly and the toilet had a slow leak that caused it to violently refill every 15 minutes in a dramatic 3 second burst. The lights are dim with diffent temperature light bulbs. Most is a sickly greenish cool temperature like old CFLs. I could barely see in the shower. The curtains had the heavy curtains behind the shear...
