"We had a horrible experience! We arrived at around 20.30 and were greeted in the parking by the manager. We were informed that the lift was not working and were escorted to the reception through the service door. We paid for our stay (2 nights) and immediately we were informed that the AC was not working. Of course this was a problem for us as it was a heatwave.
