"After some initial difficulties the stay was very positive. In the beginning we were offered a horrendous room which was absolutely not acceptable. After complaining we were offered a free upgrade and the room was good. Nice location with direct access to the sea. Staff is friendly and the property well kept. Parking is free and close to the rooms in a closed parking area. There is a nice bar and restaurant in the hotel. "

"The hotel is a little dated but this did not take away from what a lovely stay we had. Staff were so friendly and catered to all our needs. Very helpful. We asked to see the "Horta" garden's. Which is well worth a look. This is where some of the produce for the restaurant is grown. Cute little shops on site and the pool / seaside was very relaxing. A good 30min walk to Aci castello centre and a bus ride from the centre of Catania. A good little find "

"Impeccable standard and service! We had a large apartment for a family of five with two large bedrooms, two balconies, and a double bed in a spacious living room/kitchen area. "The wellness center , one of the main reasons I chose the property, was closed for 2 months. There was no coffee machine, iron, robes and communication was limited in regards to the property. We were able to check in early which we greatly appreciated after an early flight. When the pool and wellness center are open I’m sure it’s amazing. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. It was a Rick Steves recommendation. The breakfast, which was extra, was very good and plentiful. We had a car and there was parking right in front of the hotel. I would stay there again."

Het 'technische probleem' bleek een dubbele boeking te zijn....... Ons werd verteld dat het appartement een privé opgang naar het strand zou hebben, dit bleek een van sloop hout gebouwde steiger met een trappetje de zee in, tussen rotsblokken van 3x3 meter.
