"We stayed here for one night for our friend’s wedding. It was a lovely stay in a friendly, authentic, well maintained hotel. There were good options for breakfast including a variety of cooked options and continental. We were sad we couldn’t have stayed here longer and hope to return"

"The steading was beautiful, amazingly well appointed, we wanted for nothing. All rooms were spacious with storage and lovely bathrooms. All the services of the hotel at our disposal and the warm friendly staff and great well priced food made our stay even better. We will definitely be returning!"

The hotel is located in Tarland and not Aboyne. Tarland is a pretty and friendly town. The farming countryside is beautiful. Many historical sites are nearby.
