"I really liked this hotel. It has the faded glamour of a Victorian Manor House. It needs updating as it is a bit tatty in places. However, the staff were lovely, it's very convenient for Pitlochry and the restaurant was excellent and good value. They have a pool but we didn't try it"
"My wife had Polio as a child, is a blue badge holder with limited mobility. As they advertise as being Accessible (in fact wheelchair accessible on some sites) also a lift we booked a room for 3 nights. Problem was the several steep steps into the building and to the reception desk with no ramp alternative or other means of accessing the building in view. This was a major problem as my wife cant do steps and I had literally had to help her in leg by leg in and out of the building.

"Zimmer MacThomas war direkt unterm Dach, viele Schrägen. Prima Bett. Leider absolut schreckliches Bad. Kein Spiegel, nur ein Kosmetikspiegel überm irre winzigen Waschbecken. Alte Badewanne, braunes Wasser, grauenhaft. Das leckere Frühstück hat alles rausgerissen. Lage ist top!"
