"We always enjoy our stay at the Berkeley. The building has its ‘quirks” but the great location and amazing staff more then make up for them"

"The hotel manager was so helpful in giving us directions and figuring out transportation in NJ/NY! All the staff were so genuinely kind and laid back. Only negative experience was that one night shift shuttle driver didn’t show up to pick us up. We called a second time after waiting for 40 minutes outside the airport and he finally came. When he did show up, he wasn’t polite. Wouldn’t even respond to a “hi” or a “thank you.” Also, breakfast was somewhat limited but pretty tasty!"
