"We enjoyed our quick stay and appreciate the included breakfast. The room was small and walls are thin but overall it is a good rest spot from our way back from Skye. Inverness downtown is half an hour drive from the hotel. All the staff members we spoke to were all very polite and courteous. "Very historic, rustic and beautiful older property. It was very quiet and the host Duncan was spectacular! We thought we were going to have to go all the way back to town for dinner. "A fabulous place to stay, quiet and peaceful. The owners are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The atmosphere inside and outside of the house is like out of a fairytale where nature and wildlife are in harmony with the house. During our stay we've seen deers in the garden and some very friendly cockerels. The lake is at a short walking distance away. Sadly we only stayed one night, but we'll happily return. "
