"My family stayed at this Embassy location on Monday (3/25) and again on Friday (3/27), and our experiences were markedly different. During our 3/25 stay, the staff was attentive, and the property was quiet and well maintained. However, on 3/27, there was a wedding taking place at the hotel, which significantly impacted our experience. There were large groups of men smoking directly in front of the hotel entrance, with cigarette butts scattered across the ground. This created an unwelcoming and off-putting first impression, especially since we chose this hotel specifically for its smoke-free policy. In addition, the level of service declined noticeably on 3/27. I had to contact the front desk multiple times to request a crib for our room. During each interaction—including calls from the room phone—I was repeatedly asked to confirm my room number, which made the process feel inefficient and frustrating. Overall, while our first stay met expectations, the second fell short in both cleanliness and service, which was disappointing."

"Thank goodness we were only staying for one night. The room was tiny. The bed was uncomfortable and, oddly, there were 3 pillows for two of us. (Rock paper scissors for the extra one??) Breakfast in the morning was apples, white bread, a few yogurts and 5 people hovering around the make-your-own waffle iron. Coffee was actually pretty good. I can't really blame them for plane noise... but it was NOISY. "

"Once I arrived at the hotel which my check in was for 3.00 pm that day I just came off the road at 5.00 am but was told o couldn’t check in the latest was 1.00 coming all the way from New Jersey then found out the elevator was out of order the entire time which we had to use the stairs. also the ice machine was broken There was a note stating the copy machine was broken as well. It seem that hotel is only concerned with collecting money I would not recommend this hotel to any of my friends, the cover sheet to the bed has stains on it as well I notice on the my last night staying . It was terrible "

"Breakfast (eggs, bacon, ect) wasn't that great but it is complimentary. Parking is limited on the front of the property but they do have a garage. The rooms where nice and clean but we did have some type of leak or something in the bathroom causing water to get on the floor with shower use."
