"This location was perfect for our trip to Chicago. Lots of good stuff nearby for the family to do. Priced comparably to single room hotels in the area. The owner was very responsive when we needed anything. We did bring 6 people and there was only enough towels/bedding for 4 when we got there, but more was dropped off when we requested it. "We needed a place for a group of family to stay that was near wintrust arena for a graduation ceremony. This place was close and cheaper than all of the other options. That’s what it’s got going for it. Opting for parking was a big hassle. The place was sort of clean (a little mold along caulk lines in showers, old plastic shower curtain, stovetop was dirty, some fixtures were loose) but the condition of the place was definitely showing wear.
