"From the moment I stepped in, I felt so welcome! A big shoutout to Anica at the front desk—she was super sweet and let me check into my room 1.5 hours early (thank you, lifesaver! When I got to my room I literally gasped—the Seoul Tower was right there in the window like a postcard come to life! It felt like the city was saying hello. The whole hotel has this cozy luxury vibe, with everything you need to relax and enjoy your trip. "The room was very big and comfortable. The bed sheets were a little rough. The water pressure in the shower was a little weak. The staff offered to help me fix it but unfortunately it was not a good time. Also, Chammi was amazing during check-in and he tried his best to personalize my experience. Additionally, a big thank you to Jennie from Concierge/Bell Desk who helped me avoid the traffic and accident by providing me with a great suggestion of taking the taxi instead of the airport bus. She went the extra mile and above and beyond to help me get to the airport on time and I am extremely grateful!"
