"A nice property however the unit we were assigned was right at the front and had really dated furniture -although the beds were very comfortable. The unit had an odor when we walked in the door which we think was the garbage disposal. We were not really aware that you need a golf cart to get around or a car, but that the golf carts had a wait list. We were required to dispose of our trash but had to walk forever to find a trash receptacle which then sounded alarms when we disposed our trash. A...

"My kids enjoy having a lot of space (the big house) and having both their own pool and the water park to play in. The perks stop there. DO NOT travel near Passover unless you are Jewish, 90% of the vacationers are there for a luxury passover event. This event seems to draw rude people. They are rude to fellow guests, they are rude to staff, and you can only eat terrible, overpriced kosher food at the waterpark during this time. The water park food was absurdly expensive and nearly inedible....

"The house was clean that was about it. I was asked by the host to take the garbage from the last persons out, pretty sure thats why theres a cleaning fee. The kids games rooms dont actually come with games every thingnis extra. Communication with persons at the property were terrible and unprofessional. At one point the property also advertised free waterpark acess but theres no water park. (I have pictures of proof.)"
