"Nice hotel in the centre of a fab little city"

"Ideally situated for town centre, upon arrival got shown all facilities/room, lovely breakfast staff very polite/helpful, room had everything you needed and quiet Cameron went above and beyond when we arrived explained that we had car issues and that we would sort it next day ( he said let him know if anything could do), after contacting RAC next day we had to wait approx 5.5hrs, Cameron told us we could wait in lounge/garden where he kept checking upon us and checking if he could do anything...

"It’s a lovely property but in need of maintenance. It is in the busy centre, but sits in the quietness of a courtyard. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is no restaurant. Breakfast is packed in a bag that you can take with you, so would forego if reduces price as plenty of really nice breakfast places in York, although not many seem to open before 8:30 or 9am."

"Great communication as a self check in with a lock box, plenty of private parking next to the accommodation. Carlton Towers has a tea room within walking distance which was convenient. Room was big with everything we needed for 2 nights. Would recommend and stay again if back in the area."

The house has everything you need, and having the extra bonus of parking in such a busy city took all the stress away.
