"We loved having a park across the street and walking to the imperial palace grounds. The buffet breakfast is great and a real treat. The pool is disappointing as it was an additional charge and was not at all family friendly ( small yet filled with lap swimmers). The rooms are good but do feel dated and need a few updates to them. Overall they have great service and we enjoyed our stay!"

"This hotel has a great location, excellent service, and comfortable rooms. I stayed twice on my most recent trip to Tokyo, once at the beginning of the trip and once at the end. During my stays, I ate at the tempura restaurant, the teppanyaki restaurant, and the sushi restaurant. The first two were excellent and enjoyable. The same was not true of the sushi restaurant. The overall atmosphere was highly unwelcoming. The head sushi chef spent his time drinking sake with Japanese customers...

"Hotel Chinzanso was an amazing property! Truly felt like a 5 star experience all around. The staff are incredibly helpful and the amenities are fantastic. The gardens are stunning and peaceful, we even got to see the Fireflies which was beautiful! Only con I can think of was the location was a little far from the subways so we ended up using taxis most of the time. All in all I’d give it a 9.5/10. "

"I like how convenient the location is. The metro station is right next to the hotel. It takes just 10 mins to go to Ginza. It is also on the line where Omotesando and Shibuya. I also like the bar. Very cool. Classic cocktails with its own creativity and a fine touch of Japanese culture in it. Staff are very helpful. The room is amazing. Looking directly into the metropolis."

"Everything is good. Just the breakfast starts at 7:00am is too late. If can start 6:30am will be better because come from America have a jet leg. We get up at 5:00am and Hunger but no place can get the breakfast. The last day I have to check out hotel at 7;15am and have no chance to get the breakfast. And waster my breakfast two people payment. "
