"Took my 4yo son for our first mother-son date to celebrate his birthday and he loved the hotel stay. Check in didnt take long although we did wait quite a while for our bags to be delivered to our room. The staffs at reception were helpful and helped me to store my freezer bag in their freezer so that i can store my breast milk well upon check out. The location is alright, about 7 minutes walk to Beach station, mostly sheltered. "

"Amazing staff,ambiance,location,room etc. Highly recommend paying extra to stay in the pacific room. This gives access to the club room which includes breakfast, all day nibbles, 2hours of drinks ( the lime margaritas are outstanding ) as is the champagne, food , 2 items of clothing per person per day laundered and pressed, etc. The extras pay for the extra cost of the room and you get the luxury that accompanies it."
