The customer service here was top of the line. We were checked in by Peter and he helped us map our the activities and transportation required...

"Such a lovely property. Very homey — esp. with the thatched roofs — and the fireplace. We appreciated the welcome drink. One caution is there seems to be missed communications between Expedia and staff regarding reservations. Enjoyed the views, the food and the friendly staff!"

"A fabulous place. The service is impeccable, the property immaculate and the rooms are luxurious. We loved the staff - nothing is too much for them. The breakfast in the morning is delicious, made to order. A short walk to restaurants, shops and the wine train (a must). Cannot say enough good things about this place! Pictures don’t do it justice.
