"Excellent customer service- hotel was extremely clean, cleaning lady kept our room very clean and replenished with all amenities that hotel provided. Breakfast was fabulous with variety choices every morning. Restaurant staff kept the place just immaculate. My wife and I surely enjoyed the stay and we unreservedly recommend this facility to other guests. Thanks."

"Hotel Staff at very nice and friendly at every place in the hotel. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and they gave us a room upgrade to one of the best rooms in the hotel. Special thanks for guest experience team member Eva she made a beautiful decoration in our room and was pending for every single need we had and was in contact with us all the time. Thank you again Eva you are the best!!"

"Location is good. Metro station to Line 1 is within walking distance of about 10 mins from hotel. Just next to the hotel are big shopping malls - Grandview, Parc Central and Tian Cheng etc. There is a nice residential neighbourhood where you can take a walk around to have a feel of how people in Guangzhou live and quaint shops and cafes. One thing lacking in the room is a coffee machine. Breakfast at the hotel is average. Stayed 5 days there but I ate pretty much the same thing every day."

"This is probably one of the best Rosewoods I have ever stayed in. Everything about our stay was perfect. It was my birthday and they made me feel very special. I have stayed at other 5* hotels in Guangzhou but from now on this is the only place to stay. Pool beautiful and not crowded. Both bars very busy and great atmosphere. Really couldn’t fault it. Room was sensational too!!"
