"Great property, we didn't eat there since the whole of Venice was a short boat shuttle away. Two issues, they didn’t honor my Gold HH status and the shuttle is not included, it is only $18 PP per stay so not a big deal.

"We really appreciated how the staff were able to accommodate our request to have adjoining/connecting rooms, which amplified our stay considerably as it felt like a two bedroom apartment. He concierge was also exceptionally helpful with recommendations and even used his own personal credit card to make us a reservation to St Marks Basilica while were out at dinner"
"Very disappointing experience and absolutely not worth the price.
The location is excellent and the lobby is beautiful, but unfortunately that is where the positives end. The rooms are shockingly small and feel extremely claustrophobic. The locked windows make the room feel even more confined, with no sense of fresh air or openness. The bathrooms are also tiny no ventilation and uncomfortable.
For a hotel carrying the St. Regis name and charging these prices, I expected a completely different...
"The location is key, being very close to the lagoon, which helps the property have its own dock. Additionally, there is a taxi stand nearby the hotel. It is walking distance to the main square and lovely restaurants around every corner. The staff are welcoming which is great and friendly. The breakast was good but wonder if some variety might be possible, though being a botique hotel this may be challenging. The wlecome teddy for my child was a lovely touch which she has added to her collection."

"My wife and I spent 3 days in Venice with our small dog (a corgi). The hotel was beautiful and clean, our room was great. But I want to highlight the staff as the best part of our experience. When we arrived everyone was as so sweet to our dog, and they put food and water bowls as well as a dog bed with a treat in our room waiting for us upon check in.
