Large bedrooms. Old interiors in bedrooms. Dinner service 7.45 until 9.00pm. Same table allocated for breakfast and dinner throughout stay. Very bright, large dining room. Good food though set menu. Good breakfast. Reception areas large and attractive. An extremely traditional hotel that needs a more modern approach.

This property falls far short of luxury standards—it's more like a dated motel than a 5-star hotel. I suspect it may have been upscale 50 years ago, but there has clearly been no meaningful maintenance or renovation since then. The overall condition is very run-down. Towels had visible holes, the pillow felt like a solid brick, and the bathrobe was in such poor shape that it was off-putting just to look at. The room had no functional temperature control, forcing us to open the windows for any airflow—which unfortunately let in a lot of cigarette smoke from outside, making the space stuffy and unpleasant. Other issues included: A very old, heavily stained couch in the room full of holes. Stained breakfast tablecloths. Outdated physical keys (not electronic key cards) for both the room and the safe—something that feels like a basic necessity in modern hospitality, not a luxury perk. We booked for two nights but checked out after just one. The uncomfortable bedding (especially the rock-hard pillow), unbearable heat, and constant smoke made sleep impossible. Unfortunately, the hotel refused to refund the second night. Overall, this was a disappointing and frankly sad experience for what was presented as a luxury stay.

Hotel vicino al centro. Molto curato e pulito. Cucina top. Il personale, sopratutto la Natalia ci ha fatti sentire molto molto viziati. La colazione abbondante per tutti i gusti. La cena stupenda con prodotti di ottima qualità. Il spa con saune e bagno turco bello. Le piscine ottime. Era stato perfetto se c'era un angolo tisane o acqua al uscita dai percorsi termali. Il parco del hotel meraviglioso. Con tutti i coniglieti e le piante curatissime ti portava in un relax senza tempo.

Très bel hôtel qui transporte dans le passé. Ce n'est plus un 5 étoiles aux standards 2025, mais mérite largement ces 5 étoiles pour le rapport qualité prix. Piscines chaudes vraiment agréables. Personnel 5 étoiles. Merci. Et pour finir la partie restauration vraiment bien.

Questa più che una recensione è una denuncia ma non posso esimermi dal farla perché si è rischiato di sfiorare la tragedia e vorrei che la struttura si sensibilizzasse al problema. Prenoto un soggiorno, per due con mezza pensione. A cena ci portano un menù ove non erano indicati gli allergeni (situazione già di per sé fortemente irregolare). Io, allergica ai peperoni, ordino una innocua lasagna bacon, scamorza e zucca. Al primo morso, riconoscendo la sensazione e con la lingua che triplica immediatamente dimensioni, sputo il boccone. Il mio compagno (ho la fortuna che è medico rianimatore) chiede subito se fossero presenti peperoni tra gli ingredienti. La titolare entra in cucina, chiede e ci rassicura che non ce ne fossero. Io per precauzione smetto di mangiare, il mio compagno assaggia e si scopre che la salsa sopra la lasagna era ai peperoni. Si chiama la titolare che si giustifica con "ho chiesto cosa ci fosse dentro, non sopra". Dubito occorra indicare di più ma da una struttura a 5 stelle e' sconvolgente. Inutile dire che non hanno nemmeno proposto di rimborsare la cena in segno di scuse (chiaramente disturbata onde evitare problemi ho evitato di prendere un altro primo, continuando con il secondo). Unica nota positiva il bar tender, Signor dí Costanzo che prepara meraviglie e non Semplici drink.

DA RISTRUTTURARE

Hotel che fu un cinque stelle. La hall splendida, il personale disponibile ed educato,le camere enormi ma decisamente datate ,la moquette ovunque e la zona termale trascurata e obsoleta. Colazione nella norma Capisco le eventuali spese per una decisa ristrutturazione, ma in queste condizioni non può essere un cinque stelle. Ovviamente questa è la mia impressione.
