"I chose to stay at the Fairmont for sentimental and historical reasons, knowing full well the property may be worn and tired. We paid in full for our package at the time of booking through Expedia. We arrived mid morning of our check-in date and were told our room would be ready in a couple hours. At 4:00 pm we were handed waters and told to be patient along with several other travelers while staff worked to accommodate all of us. One manager told us they would need to move us to another hotel...

"This hotel does not give you a luxury 5 star feel. When asked why our door dash order could not be brought up by room service, front desk staff claimed hotel does not provide this as it is a 4 star. This is wrongly listed as 5 star. Breakfast was overly priced for cold buffet"
