"Didn’t know the area at all. As soon as I got there the staff was beyond helpful and soo nice. They upgraded my room at no extra cost and made sure I was comfortable. It was clean, in a super convenient-nice area. It felt safe and everything was walking distance for the most part. Thank you for making my trip memorable."
