"Overall the hotel and spa are fabulous. Service was also outstanding. My only issues were Wifi and TV-related - did not get a connection in the villas. I called several times for help but it was not resolved. It is also difficult to get to your room after hours - many of the doors are locked and it becomes like a maze trying to get to your room. If you are using the gym after hours, you end up on the street and can only get back on the property through the front door. But, definitely stay...

The staff were all super helpful and went out of their way to ensure that nothing was too much trouble. The kids entertainers were fantastic with the children and played so many games with them, the kids were exhausted by the end of the afternoon. Highly recommend. "

"The rooms are lovely & the setting is ideal, but that’s about it. The 1 restaurant (not 3) serves the same thing all day (same as a the room service menu) & is horrendously slow & over priced. The breakfast is slow & a very poor choice of options. The spa is fine if you like sauna/steam room but the pool/jacuzzi area is currently closed (they tried to deny it existed until I showed them the brochure from the room). For a mostly empty hotel the staff aren’t exactly jumping to help. Don’t bother...
