"The floors were filthy, so bad, couldn't walk on them without shoes. The bathtubs had been painted and it was all pealing off and rusty, didn't want to use them. The window in the bathroom is BLACK with mould. The air vents have so much dust that they are completely blocked. One of the showers was dangerous as it is positioned mid bath and makes you almost fall out the bath. There was no heating in one of the bedrooms and it was cold that week, so we had to put the beds in the livingroom. It was not furnished like in the photos. The floors needs a DEEP CLEAN and then a polish. 2 of the plug sockets did not work as the earth pins were bent. The whole experience was a 2/5 start experience. It was a place to sleep. That's about it. I will never stay with this company again. "

"I had booked for 3 nights, but due to a family bereavement had to leave Spain early and stayed only 1 night. I understand the terms of the booking (non-redundable etc), but do also think exceptions can be made, however the way it was handled was appalling, no empathy, just a bog standard email saying I had to pay in full, like I said, fair enough, but the clinical and corporate like nature of the response was pretty grim. As for the accommodation, it's decent, nice setting (but you absolutely need a car), relatively quiet and well equipped. However, I obviously won't be returning nor would I recommend giving your money to a business so callous. "

"Incredible stay! 10/10 - would highly recommend. We were a group of 18. We all enjoyed it and agreed this is one of the best villas we’ve stayed in. Exactly as advertised, spacious villa and amazing facilities with several areas to relax as a group. We particularly loved the basement indoor pool area which also has cold and hot plunge pools, sauna, steam rooms and a bar! Was a perfect trip thanks to the villa - and host was easily contactable making check-in and check-out very easy. "
