"I was traveling with my father who unexpectedly needed a wheelchair during our stay. The staff were incredibly helpful at every stage, often going above and beyond. Everything was very comfortable but the warmth of service made the defining difference. We were in town to hear a performance with the Philadelphia Orchestra and The Bellevue was the perfect place to stay. We also greatly enjoyed dinner at the adjoining Mr Edison beforehand set up by hotel concierge, Irv. I hope we can return soon."

"This hotel has an excellent atmosphere as soon as you walk through the door. The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. We arrived 3 hours before check in. The woman at the front desk allowed us to check our luggage in and put us on a waiting list for the next available room. Which allowed us to explore the city. 30 minutes later we got a text about our room being ready. Everything about our stay was perfect. I highly recommend"
