"All good"

"Room was comfortable and spacious. Hot water great. Staff very helpful. Complimentary glass of wine nice touch. Hotel maintenance could be better but must be difficult with these old buildings along the sea."

"Very comfortable and clean room, helpful staff and within walking distance to the town."

"nice friendly place with a good atmosphere and a pleasant bedroom"

"Just returned from another exceptional stay at the superb Windfalls Boutique Hotel. When booking accommodation it’s always reassuring to know full well that you will be travelling to an excellent clean and comfortable property with such welcoming hosts who have a ‘can do anything' attitude which is so rare these days. Due to Margarita’s commitment to ensure you enjoy your stay (as well as being good value for money and great location), it’s no wonder the ‘Windfall’s continues to collect the...

"Very nice B&B, in good location. Just a couple of points to mention which was why I have only 4/5. - Room and en-suite smaller than expected, but still nice and comfortable - Breakfast was lovely, but would prefer being able to self serve juice and tea/coffee. Also a full English breakfast should use real sausages, rather than tiny chipolatas - Biggest issues was noise with voices and bathrooms clearly audible from other rooms late and night and early morning."

"A wonderful B&B, Jane and Kevin really attentive hosts, room modern with a vintage twist, clean and ample space, with own bathroom and toilet there was even a rest area with sofas outside our room and plenty of board games to use. Breakfast was excellent and surprisingly all included in the price quoted. Outdoor heated pool an added bonus used it every day for as great. Would recommend."

"We had a 3 night stay here which was largely very enjoyable. We had a couple of minor issues which were resolved fairly quickly by the staff so they didn't impact our stay at all. My main issue was although the lodge is to a high level some aspects were not working as expected like the cooker hood not working and not enough cutlery for 4 people and a TV which kept switching itself off. Overall these things were minor, the lodge is in a lovely wooded area next to a pond which the kids loved....

"Very comfortable and easy stay, welcoming owners and outstanding breakfast."

"8 day stay. Apartment very comfortable with all amenities. It was as described in photos. Local shops and pubs all good. For us an easy walk into the centre of Brighton along the sea front. Taxis very plentiful if you needed them. "
