"الفندق رائع جداً"

"جيدة ومريحة "

"We stayed here for six nights and seven days. It was a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is beautiful and the location can’t be beat. Even though it’s next to the Colosseum, it’s a block away which gets out of the area where the crowds are. The hotel was perfectly located where every thing was walkable we stayed in a suite and it was beautiful. The room itself was beautiful. The view was spectacular. We also had a wonderful experience at the hotel bar, the court and dinner at the restaurant...

"The location was great, very close to Trevi fountain. We found it really hard with the smell coming from the 5th floor toilets. "The room was not cleaned properly. Very dusty. Floor was not washed. Toilet had been used and not flushed nor cleaned. We complained and the desk comped our meal at the rooftop patio. The rooftop was lovely. Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet. Just expected much better for nearly $1000 / night."

"الفندق جميل وموقعه قريب من الساحه الاسبانيه .. الاثاث قديم ويحتاج الى تجديد "

"Top notch, every single aspect."

"جميل جدا ولاكن سعره مبالغ فيه خاصتا اغلب الاوقات فالخارج وجرا جميل للاستجمام"

"Bulgari Hotel was excellent in every category: the location in Rome is perfect with everything close and accessible. The hotel has amazing restaurants and bars and all the staff are incredible, competent and friendly. This is among the very best in Rome."

Having stayed at many high-end hotels, I found the experience disappointing for the price. The service varied dramatically. The doormen and most of the staff were very kind and welcoming, but a few employees were noticeably unfriendly. In particular, the woman greeting guests at breakfast had an unpleasant tone and facial expression. Her words may have been polite, but her...
