"Our stay at the Omni Boston at the Seaport was really wonderful. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The food at all of the restaurants was great. The cocktails were perfect. The place itself had everything you could have needed to enjoy your stay. The one issue we had was with housekeeping. There was a day when nobody came to clean our room and it took three outreaches to staff to get it addressed. The housekeepers we had did not replace items from the room that were used...

"Hotel was conveniently located in a short walking distance to many attractions and sights. It was also very close to the south station which has services that take you directly to the airport for free- otherwise the uber rides are very short/close to the airport as well. We would often walk back later at night and felt very safe. Hotel had great amnesties including a pool, onsite bars and restaurants, and a back patio that faced the water with a bar as well.
