"First of all, super friendly staffs and very accommodating. Bit far from city center but very beautiful and nice resort. Breakfast taste wise was not the best. Villas are bit outdated and interior needs to be renovated, specially the furniture and some paints. Overall, enjoyed my stay and would likely go back someday."

"Clean nice stay. Big beautiful villa. All the Staff are very friendly. Very windy in December with the wind blowing all day to include at night making it hard to sleep. My son enjoyed the kids zone. The sunset beach was disappointing as there is no public bathroom available and we continually found pieces of glass in the sand. The water was cloudy, not like the photos. "

"The building area (lobby, pool area, …) is outdated. Our room with garden view is clean, spacious but outdated. No chair service at the beach. The restaurant for breakfast is very busy and noisy with Korean guests. The food at breakfast is only 2* and is not fresh, not comparable with other 5* resort. Coffee is terrible! In overall we rate the outdated Intercontinental resort in Phu Quoc as 4*- or 3*+, but does not by far deserve 5*. The staff (front desk, room service) is very helpful though."

The location was also important for me. Personally, I prefer An Thoi area to Long Beach. "beutifull hotel with a great breakfast bacon and egg. staff very friendly and courteous spa and sauna very good aswell as pool and beach. only issue but nothing major was the fridge in the room wasnt very good and the outside pool bar wasnt very good. the deck beach bar along the beach is alot better. supermarket and restraunt accross road nd plenty of taxis to take you around the island"

"If you're from North America you are probably like us and were questioning how a Beat Western is a 5 star hotel. But this hotel was great. Very good value for your money. Had an amazing stay here. Everything so comfortable and clean and safe feeling. The lazy river pool was so nice to float around in the early evening. While it's not the most convenient location the hotel makes up for it in spades. If you're ok with taking a taxi/grab around the city then I highly recommend this place. "
