"Beautiful hotel! Service in our opinion was not on par with other 5 star hotels we stayed at on the island - no offer to help with bags at check in, slow service at the bar and restaurant, and no poolside service. We were given a pool facing upgrade which we were very appreciative of - however it was an adjoining room - there is an inch of space between the bottom of the door and the floor and you can hear everything from the neighbouring room. Limited menu options available for food allergies....

"Beaches are public and had to rent chairs. You can only have one towel. Bad experience at spa. On the breakfast is served a lot of caned fruits. Front desk team are amazing specially Alex ."

The area is pretty and there's a good beach only.a short walk away. If you want a relaxing and chilled holiday Portocolom snd Barefoot hotel is where you should stay!"
