"The room was lovely with a very comfortable bed and plenty of space. Bar and snack service was great! Beach directly in front of the hotel and a nice market right next door. Plenty of restaurants within a short walk. Beautiful view from the rooftop. I highly recommend!"

"We particularly liked the hotel restaurant - absolutely first class food and service. Also it was very close to the beach with a private road to cross which was very quiet. There was a little train that stopped right by the hotel to take you along the bay for restaurants etc Very convenient all round."

"Fabulous place and hotel"

"Everything was great for a 3 star. Drinks choices were as you'd expect (a limited list of 4-5 cocktails) as well as the usual beers, spirits and mixers. Bar staff were generous with their measures. Food, whilst not fine dining, there was always a good selection and they tried to mix things up a bit at least. Snack bar was kept topped up all day with burgers, hot dogs, chips, nuggets.etc too. The room was always cleaned to a good standard throughout our stay. Water pressure was decent with the shower and having a bath was a nice touch too. Room was well furnished, including outdoor further on the balcony. In terms of other guests and atmosphere, whilst family friendly, we didn't feel too out of place as an adult couple in our 20s/30s. Hotel attracted a mix of nationalities but the majority was an even split between English and polish guests. Entertainment was presented in English among other languages and there was a show every night. Staff in the hotel were always delightful to interact with and were so attentive, bar staff were also a good laugh and whilst the drinks did flow, they weren't scared to tell people when it was time to call it a night. "Hotel Condesa is such a welcoming place. The stagf really make this place. So friendly and always go the extra mile for you. The place is also kept spotless. The obly small disappontment is that there was no aircon in the room."

"The hotel is beautiful & clean and the staff is amazing. The place could use some color though. The grounds are very green but not many flowers around the property. Could also use real flowers on tables, reception and in the rooms. The only negative is the silly sculpture that welcomes you at the enterance"
