"The hotel facilities and amenities were as good as any international 5-Stars hotel. What inspired me was the customer service rendered. I injured both knees after a local mountain hike and had to be rested for couple of days in the hotel. Walking was difficult and all the assistance rendered by the staff made this bearable. The injuries improved a little and managed to fly home with minimal drama. In short, I am grateful to everyone who had made this stay memorable."
