"Communication was great with the host! The property and included club house access was perfect for my family! We loved how spacious the home was and how we could easily walk to the club house. Everyone who worked at the gated community was friendly & we had a great time.
We have to say that there were only 2 minor gripes about our stay:
1. The master bed and the other single-bed mattresses were very hard and uncomfortable. It made for some pretty restless nights. The kid's beds seemed to be...

"We were very disappointed with this property. I asked to get hot tub and pool heated and i was willing to pay the $40 fee. I received no response from Expedia or the property manager until 2nd last day. I was trying everyday a few times a day. I finally got a response that the hot tub and pool heater were broken. If i knew this i wouldn't have booked this property. I had grandkids that would've loved to use this everyday. Also many things wrong in the house. Kitchen sink garberaror"

"The unit was clean and full accommodations. The overall resort is friendly and safe. Great parking close to parks and restaurants, grocery etc. "

"Everything was literally perfect. Just as the pictures advertised. Our kids lost it when they walked in and explored the house and found the themed rooms, the theater and the pool. Pool was amazing! We opted for heat which made the stay even better having a hot tub. White rose was very responsive to our needs and had quick response time. The resort amenities were clean, the staff was friends and helped us find parking when the pool lot was full. Lazy river was a blast for the kids. Plenty of...
