"Rooms on the back side overlook a dirty green zone and our room was placed in the newer building while we would have preferred being in the old building. Access to spa and swimming pool has to be made trough the entrance and the lobby plus the bar, not very adequate in bathing gown. Otherwise, very nice staff and good kitchen. Service at the bar a little too superficial."

"Vista is five star luxury hotel & everything is immaculate from service, to the room, decor, linens, walk-in closet, bathroom amenities. It is a expensive & costly per night . The only comment I have is that it does not have a gym, I suggest that they should consider purchasing some gym membership from next-door hotel like for example the palace so that guests can use their facility if they choose to have an exercise gym area. The location is extremely convenient as it is facing the lake...

"I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The staff actually came out to our car to greet us and took our luggage directly to the room. We were welcomed very warmly. The staff all spoke perfect English, which I certainly don't expect when I travel abroad but it makes the stay much easier. We had a wonderful dinner and their restaurant that night and the second night we ate at a restaurant day recommended it was also excellent. We didn't lift a finger. "This place was great. The manager helped us out on all aspects she is a 5 star host. She really went out of her way to help out. Apartment is super clean, had a chance to workout in the gym and run down and get an expresso in the morning. I highly recommend this place to anyone, it was great. "
