The only thing that I do have to mention is the third party vendor you have at the lobby next to the exit, that company are scammers, we had to pay $110 dollars to take a tour to Geza, which the guy end up taking us around Cairo, and when we got to the Pyramids we had to pay $150.00 each dollars to go in and for someone to take us to the pyramids in a horse cart, that was a very bad taste in my mouth, that such a nice hotel can have this people there, that are supposed to help the tourists and they turn around and robbed us, not very good! But again everyone in the hotel staff was great "
