"Excellent service especially with Mohammed. He personally took us to the nearby restaurant area and gave us warning to avoid falling victims to scammers. He came to pick us up from the restaurant after dinner. He always welcomed us with a big smile and quickly responded to our requests. "The riad is very nice, nicely renovated. It is quiet at night and the location is great for during the day, you can reach old town within minutes by foot. The room was comfy and so was the bed, pillows etc. The person who checked us in and helped us with most things, his name is Driss, was super nice, very helpful and makes all the difference in this little hotel. The only thing you have to be careful with is parking. We didn't manage to find the upper parking lot (it's one way and incorrect...

"During the last 2 days, the Riad was privatized even if we were there. We were asked to act as we were friends and not customers. We were unable to sleep for 2 nights in a row due to event celebrations of the party that rented the Riad. The service was not good. During the whole stay nobody cleaned the room. "

"Wonderful, luxurious stay in the heart of the Old City of Fes. The staff was exceptional in every way. By dinner of our first day we were recognized and addressed by name. Nothing appeared to be any trouble. The Riad was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The dinning options were satisfying and ordering off menu was available (within reason). The front desk was helpful in arranging, city tours, drivers and guides. I would definitely stay here upon a future visit to Fes. "
