"The hotel was fabulous 👌 thanks to our lovely receptionist Queenie we got an early check in and had about 5 hours more in this lovely hotel. We had a harbourview room and it was truly spectecular. The only improvement could be the breakfast, which was very disappointing."

"Amazing hospitality!"

"We had a wonderful stay! Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and professional. The entire team did an excellent job making us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. We truly appreciate their great service and hospitality. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Hong Kong. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel and the airport shuttle system worked great. The hotel is very nice. The only downside is that being an airport hotel it was very expensive."

"Everything was amazing!!! Great location and super friendly staff!!! Well done!!!"

"香港来る時は必ずと言っていいほど このホテルを使っています。 何十回来ても変わらず気持ちよく過ごせるホテルです。 スタッフもとても親切です。 場所も便利なところに位置していて 大好きな❤️ホテルです。"

"I really appreciated how helpful and efficient the staff were during my stay. My only critique is that the standard bedroom felt much smaller than anticipated."
