"This is a nice and grand looking hotel with decent service, large and clean bedroom, comfortable bed. It is also nice that the hotel does not have smell of cigarette anywhere. However, the shower in our room looked dirty and moldy and needed thorough cleaning. For the price we paid, this hotel is not recommended. "

"Room ventilation does not work, so had to open window to keep it cooled with fresh air. Front desk staff was helpful, able to receive package delivery on behalf of me. Unfortunately the hotel could not accept international visa credit card so had to pay cash. Would like to call on the hotel to be more environment friendly, there is no need to change towels every day, but housekeeping staff was trained to clean up rooms every day despite saying no need. "six senses was an amazing experience for us! at check in, we were informed that we could be upgraded to a room with in room onsen, and the staff also arranged for us to stay with our friends in the same courtyard although we had separate bookings. the room and facilities overall were superb! onsen was so comfortable in the winter, and the room was very spacious. we had an issue with the heating and the staff were very on the ball- bringing us a portable heater while they tried to fix the issue, and also offered to change rooms for us. throughout the stay, and even afterwards - guest relations manager Frank was a huge help! he responded very quickly on wechat for our queries, giving us recommendations for food and amenities nearby. he also came down to help us with our wifi issues! location wise - six senses is close to all the attractions like panda valley and qing cheng mountain. was an excellent stay - 100% recommend! "
