"This hotel smelled great. it's not the overwhelming perfume or potpourri, but a pleasant smell of tea leaves. The breakfast was so great with so many varieties. All their staff were super friendly and courteous. I want to give a special thanks to Robert tending the the first floor. He's a hero in helping me navigating through the transportation system and my itinerary in China. Overall, a lovely experience. I wish I had more time in this hotel as I only stayed two nights."

"The non smoking room was checked in with smoker. The cleaning lady talks so loud at the corridor. The waiter doesn’t seem to know what coffee milk is. "

"The room is a bit rundown: door lock can’t be closed, dusty surfaces, cigarette smell even though it’s a non-smoking room. Poor cleanliness too: hair around the basin, and worst is the anti slip mat in the shower area (the bottom of the mat is full of mould and bacteria). Otherwise, view from the room is superb, overlooking the park and quiet. "

"Underwhelming compared to the likes of Capella, Langham where we are frequent travellers at. Rooms were decent however had mosquitoes on the warmer days we were at. Upgrades were offered at a charge of double the room rate, concierge was unwilling to assist at most times, especially after we declined the hotel tour packages. Won't be staying at six senses again, you can get much better hotels and service for the same price."

"I feel ripped off by the hotel. I already paid $500 per night. They tricked me to pay extra $200 per night to upgrade to a two bedroom apartment. After two nights I figured out that it’s cheaper and more comfortable to get two standard rooms. This request was declined by hotel staff. The reason they gave me is that they cannot make changes to online order. I guess they can only make one-way change: upgrade only, no downgrade. On top of that I here is no free breakfast for a $700 plus per night...

"Room ventilation does not work, so had to open window to keep it cooled with fresh air. Front desk staff was helpful, able to receive package delivery on behalf of me. Unfortunately the hotel could not accept international visa credit card so had to pay cash. Would like to call on the hotel to be more environment friendly, there is no need to change towels every day, but housekeeping staff was trained to clean up rooms every day despite saying no need. There is not much around the hotel, nearest...

"A well located apartment with all the amenities required plus more. The kitchen was very good and washer and dryer an unexpected surprise. Breakfast was great and changed from day to day. The staff were pleasant and accommodating."
