"Terrible Experience – Do Not Book This Property We booked a 3-night stay (Friday–Monday) for 16 people. The morning after we arrived, the upstairs A/C—responsible for cooling 6 of the 7 bedrooms—stopped working. "Poor communication. I stayed 2 days without AC, the backyard screen were damaged, the indoor pool was never turned on and the worst of all there was a cockroach on my bed. I really had good expectations for this place but unfortunately the service was not as I expected."
