"Had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The night view from our room was lovely and I was glad that I purchased to include the breakfast buffet. Everything was delicious. But the highlight of the hotel is the most friendly, polite, and helpful staff members. This is a sign of a good management so I’d definitely try to stay at this hotel next time. "

"This property was wonderful it had a great services, the only thing is to get to most places it’s a least a 30 min taxi. Which isn’t bad but just mentally prepare. The 37 restaurant and grill was amazing!!! The food was prepared wonderfully. Also if you do need a taxi the front desk personnel will call one for you, just tell them the destination. "

"The property is in a great location that is just across the road from the Myeongdong night market which makes it very convenient but gives you some respite from the business. The rooms are very comfortable but what sets the Westin apart is the service. Everyone is so kind and helpful and goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. "I stayed in a classic king room on a high floor and my teenage kids stayed in junior suite. The rooms were elegant and very clean. Plush bedding. Fantastic location - the Coex Mall is underneath the hotel and you can walk to Bongeunsa and Jamsil to attend a baseball game. I highly recommend this hotel!"
