"Hôtel is great however the construction and road work around the area was challenging for Taxi drivers and was further out from what we thought from main attractions. The area is walkable if you don’t mind getting your steps in. I would recommend the hotel and their restaurant was lovely with great food. "

"It’s a lovely hotel, on one of the most expensive and famous streets in the world. Bedding is exquisite and very comfortable. Based upon the supposed star rankings of this hotel, we found the staff to be a bit aloof and disinterested. For example: Upon check-in after flying halfway across the world and crossing 4-5 time zones, we were asked to wait for over an hour for our room to be ready. To be fair it was the late afternoon, and we had notified the hotel days in advance of our arrival...
