"The room was clean and tidy. The carpet in the communal area was dirty and smelled. The hotel pool was very cold indeed. It also had a dirty plaster floating in it with blood on. The changing room floor was dirty. We did report these things. The hotel has changed a number of things since we last stayed. They now charge for towels for the pool which we were not impressed by. They have stopped doing free coffees from the machine in a morning, which used to be a nice touch too. We have stayed here...

"The experience at Ribby Hall Spa Hotel is incredible. It did let us with a few things which I think are fixable and I hope this feedback can help improve the service. First of all, the indoor and outdoor spa is amazing, well paced and never feels too busy, however I will say the amount of wasps in the outdoor area, including flying around in the bar and quite literally hovering and crawling around the hot tubs is a concern and was a big let down for such an amazing venue.
